11/19/2008:We're hard at work on our next LP. In reality....the recording sessions for this LP also gave us the songs for the "Good Things/Bad Timing" EP that came out a few months ago. We were essentially working on both of them simultaneously....but didn't really know that at the time. In fact...many of the songs that will be on the upcoming LP were recorded before the songs that we released in April. Sometimes that's just how it works.
We were originally hoping to have the LP ready for release in the fall...but for various reasons that is not going to happen. I'll get to some of those reasons later. Taking everything into account...we will most likely have the LP ready for release sometime in early 2009. We figured that there really wasn't any kind of time table...since there is no record company...and no big time promotion or anything like that. We'd rather the results be satisfactory....instead of just trying to get the silly thing out a month or two sooner. Seems to make sense...right?
As it stands right now...the LP is about 75% done....and is shaping up to be decidedly more moody and dark. We assure you that this has very little to do with our mental state...as far as we can tell anyway. There will be more updates as time goes on.

Our good friend and talented film maker Jeremy Collins talked to us about possibly doing an original film score for his upcoming film "The Moon Under Glass". Since this is something that we've always wanted to do...and also because of the fact that the film will be promoted pretty heavily...we were thrilled to sign on. We should be working on it for a couple months in the near future. Of course....this will cause us to put the full length album on hold...but after over a year and a half of working on it (off and on) it'll be a nice change of pace. We are very excited to work on the film...and we're definitely going to give it everything we've got.
